Tray Signs

Aluminium composite trays are an effective and modern way of producing signage without the need for unsightly framework .  Many different types of design can be produced using aluminium composite material and acrylic shaped cut letters can be mounted to the front making a very contemporary sign

Tray signs are manufactured to order using the lastest folding technology and corners are welded and dressed.  As the signs are manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium, one piece trays require no additional strengthening.

Framed Signs
A lot of sign panels are made from plastic which expands and contracts depending on the temperature. If you screw a large, fairly thin set of plastic sign panels directly to a building they will ripple and bow. This must be avoided as a buckled, warped sign is making the wrong impression and you would be better off having no sign at all.
